The Complete OnlyFans Agency Tech Stack for 2026

After managing 30+ creators, we've burned through a lot of tools that didn't work. Here's every piece of software in our current stack, what broke before it, and why we use what we use now.

When we managed 5 creators, our tech stack was a Google Sheet and a group chat. It worked. Nobody was drowning. Information moved fast enough.

At 15 creators, the cracks started showing. We had chatter shift schedules in one place, creator revenue data in another, payout records in a third, and nobody had a single source of truth for anything. We were spending 4 hours a week just reconciling information that should have been automatic.

At 30 creators, we had to make hard choices. The cobbled-together system was creating errors, losing data, and burning out our ops team. We did a full stack audit — what we actually needed, what we were using that wasn’t earning its seat, and what was missing entirely.

What follows is the result of that audit: every tool in our current stack, what we replaced and why, and how we’ve integrated the pieces so data flows automatically instead of getting manually copied between systems.

The Principle We Built Around

Before listing tools, the principle matters: every tool should produce data or consume data. If it’s just producing information for humans to re-enter somewhere else, it’s a problem.

The agency that checks their dashboard, then manually enters numbers into a spreadsheet, then manually sends that spreadsheet to creators, then manually logs the payout — that agency is one bad hire away from a data disaster. Every manual transfer is a potential error, a bottleneck, and a time cost.

Our stack is built so that data originates in one place and flows through automated integrations to everywhere it needs to go. The API layer is what makes this possible.


Layer 1: Data — The API Foundation

What we used before: Manual exports from the OnlyFans creator dashboard. One of our ops managers would spend 3 hours every Monday pulling stats for each creator, pasting them into a master spreadsheet, and highlighting anything that looked unusual. By Thursday, when we acted on it, the data was already a week old.

What broke: We had a creator’s PPV conversion rate crater for 11 days before anyone noticed. It was buried in a spreadsheet that nobody was looking at daily. That 11-day blind spot cost roughly $14,000 in revenue that proper alerting would have partially recovered.

What we use now: The OFAPI data layer, pulling directly from the OnlyFans platform via the API. Every metric that matters — subscriber counts, transaction data, chat stats, content performance — is available programmatically rather than through manual export.

The shift from manual to API-driven means our data latency went from 3–7 days to under 6 hours. That’s not just a speed improvement — it’s a fundamentally different ability to respond to what’s happening.

Integration glue: We pull data on a schedule and pipe it through a lightweight Python layer that normalizes it and pushes it downstream to Slack and Sheets. See the integration code at the end of this post.


Layer 2: Communication — Slack for Alerts, Not Updates

What we used before: A Discord server with channels per creator. Team updates went in the general channel. Creator-specific issues went in their dedicated channel. On paper this made sense.

What broke: Discord notifications are terrible for urgency triage. Everything looks the same. A message saying “Creator X just had her best PPV day ever” and a message saying “Creator Y’s churn rate just spiked 8 points” arrive with identical visual weight. Critical signals got buried in good-news noise.

What we use now: Slack with a tiered alert structure. We have three alert levels:

  • #agency-pulse — Daily summary digest, one message per morning, no pings. Revenue, subscriber counts, any metric that moved more than 10% week-over-week.
  • #alerts-critical — Automated alerts only, no human posts, loud notifications. Triggers: PPV conversion below 4% for 48 hours, churn rate above 20% for any creator, response rate below 75%.
  • #creator-[name] — Per-creator channel for team discussion, strategy, content scheduling. Human communication only, no bot noise.

The separation between automated alerts and human communication is the key. When #alerts-critical pings you, you know it requires action. When #agency-pulse gets a message, you know it’s a morning review.


Layer 3: Financial Tracking — Sheets as the Ledger, API as the Source

What we used before: A combined tracking sheet where someone manually entered revenue, payouts, and commissions every week. We used the same sheet for both tracking and calculation, which meant formula errors in one row could corrupt ten others.

What broke: A formula error in our payout calculation sheet went undetected for 6 weeks and resulted in us underpaying three creators by a combined $2,200. The reconciliation conversation was not fun.

What we use now: Google Sheets as the display and approval layer, with the API as the authoritative data source. Revenue numbers flow from the API into Sheets automatically — nobody enters them manually. The sheet runs calculations on top of clean, API-sourced data. The only human input is the approval step: someone reviews the auto-calculated payouts and marks them approved before disbursement.

This separation of data entry (automated) from approval (human) eliminated our formula-error problem because the inputs are never wrong — they come directly from the source.


Layer 4: Proxy Management

What we used before: Ad-hoc residential proxy rotation. We had a pool of proxies from a single provider, assigned them manually to creator accounts, and updated the list when proxies died.

What broke: At 12+ creator accounts running simultaneously, manual proxy management is untenable. We had three proxy rotation failures in one month that caused access issues on creator accounts.

What we use now: A dedicated residential proxy service with automatic rotation and dedicated IPs per creator account. Each creator account always accesses the platform from the same IP range. We don’t switch proxies unless there’s a signal that the current assignment is flagged. This mimics natural usage patterns and keeps accounts stable.

The proxy layer runs entirely underneath everything else — our ops team doesn’t think about it. Stability is the only metric that matters.


Layer 5: Content Scheduling

What we used before: Creator-submitted content, manually uploaded by our content team on whatever schedule was agreed in onboarding. We had a shared Notion calendar where the content team would mark things as posted. Sometimes they forgot to update it.

What broke: We had two creators with content backlogs that weren’t being worked through fast enough, but nobody knew because the Notion calendar was a week behind. By the time we caught it, the cadence gaps had already started showing in retention data.

What we use now: A content scheduling workflow where every piece of content is queued with a scheduled publish time before it hits the platform. The content team works from a pipeline view — what’s queued, what’s approved, what’s scheduled for which day. Nothing is “manually uploaded when someone gets to it.” Everything has a slot.

We track cadence compliance as one of our 15 daily KPIs specifically because it’s an early leading indicator of retention problems. If compliance drops below 85% for any creator, it triggers an alert before the retention impact shows up.


Layer 6: CRM — Fan Relationship Management

What we used before: No CRM. Chatters kept mental notes about which fans were regulars, what they liked, when they last tipped. When a chatter left, that knowledge walked out with them.

What broke: We had a chatter resign who had been working one of our top creator accounts for 14 months. She knew which fans were VIPs by name. She knew their preferences, their tipping patterns, their favorite content types. When she left, the replacement chatter had nothing. That account’s revenue dropped 28% in the first month after the transition.

What we use now: A lightweight fan data layer built on top of the API. Every time a chatter opens a conversation with a fan, they see that fan’s purchase history, tip history, and any notes the previous chatter added. It’s not a full CRM in the traditional sense — it’s a structured knowledge base that travels with the account, not with the chatter.

The data that populates it comes from /fans/info and /payouts/transactions — purchase history, subscription length, lifetime value, last interaction date. The notes layer is human-added context on top of the API-sourced foundation.


The Integration Layer: API → Slack Alerts

This is the code that ties the most critical pieces together — the morning data pull that populates our dashboard and fires Slack alerts when anything needs attention:

This script runs on a cron job at 7:00 AM every morning. By the time the team is at their desks, the Slack channels have already told them what needs attention and what doesn’t.


What the Full Stack Costs (Roughly)

For a 30-creator operation: API access for the data layer, residential proxies for account stability, Slack (we use the paid plan for audit logs and retention), and the internal tools we’ve built on top. The total monthly tooling cost for our stack sits around $800–$1,200/month for 30 creators.

Against the revenue that flows through those accounts, the tooling cost is effectively negligible. The more relevant comparison: the hours our ops team was spending on manual work before this stack versus now. We estimate we recovered 18–22 hours of ops time per week. At any reasonable hourly rate, the stack pays for itself inside the first month.
