What counts as a creator?
Each connected OnlyFans account is one creator. Five profiles you manage = five creators. Sub-accounts or shared logins on the same profile do not count separately. Agencies managing split creator accounts or co-managed profiles should email us before purchasing — we will map your exact roster to the right tier so there are no surprises on day one.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, and both directions are clean. Upgrade anytime — the new rate takes effect immediately and you are prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next cycle, no penalties. Most agencies start on Starter, see churn alerts and revenue data working within 48 hours, and upgrade before their first billing cycle closes. The data tends to make the decision for you.
Is there a free trial?

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards for Starter and Pro. Enterprise customers can pay by wire transfer or ACH. Annual Enterprise contracts support invoicing with net terms. Billing is handled through Stripe — your card details never touch our infrastructure directly.
What happens if I go over my creator limit?
API requests for creators beyond your plan limit return a 403 Forbidden response. No surprise overages, no automatic charges. You upgrade when you are ready — upgrades take effect immediately with no gap in data. The hard limit means you are always in control of what you are paying for.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly billing with no minimum commitment on any plan. Enterprise annual contracts exist for agencies that want discounted rates, but they are entirely optional.
