What counts as a creator?
Each connected OnlyFans account counts as one creator. If you manage five separate OnlyFans profiles, that is five creators. Sub-accounts or shared logins on the same profile do not count as separate creators.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new rate takes effect immediately — you are prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No penalties or lock-in periods.
Is there a free trial?
We do not offer a self-serve free trial, but we are happy to run a live demo against your actual creator accounts and provide a short trial period for qualified agencies. Contact us to arrange one.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted for Starter and Pro plans. Enterprise customers can also pay via wire transfer or ACH. Invoicing is available for annual Enterprise contracts.
What happens if I go over my creator limit?
API requests for creators beyond your plan limit will return a 403 Forbidden response. You will not be charged overages — you simply need to upgrade your plan to connect additional creators.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are billed monthly with no minimum commitment. Enterprise annual contracts are available for discounted rates but are entirely optional.
